While our focus has been on supporting companies in the brewing and distilling sector when I was approached by a former colleague working for a coffee roastery it felt like a good fit. We tailored the support package to suit the client, providing interim engineering cover while they continued their recruitment search. With a fresh pair of eyes we were was able to offer some improvement suggestions as well as maintain day to running of the operation. The handover to the new engineering manager was seamless and I'm sure we'll be working together again in the future.
